VERSATILE SAUCES & SEASONINGS

Tartar Sauces are preponderantly served with seafood dishes like crab cakes and fish and chips, Also great as a dip for veggies and a special spread on sandwiches. It can be used in cooking as a top layer for keep your food moist.

Use is on seafood; shrimp or crab cocktail and oysters.  A few other uses are for a sauce for burgers and hot dogs, Bloody Marys, crab cakes, omelets, dip for cheese sticks or mix in meatloaf.  Also mix with our Horseradish Sauces for make a zesty dip.

Our creamy horseradish sauce is often served alongside roast beef, but it can also be added to seafood sauces, or stirred into mashed potatoes and served alongside roast beef or smoked Salmon. Use in cooking as a top layer for keep your food moist.

Dip food in melted butter, then cover in our blackening rubs before being cooked in a hot pan. This will help create flavorful a deep brown to black crust around the outside. Great on Ribs, Steak, Chicken or Pork. Also great for Ahi Tuna, Salmon, & Catfish.

For the best results let the barbecue rub to rest on the food 15 minutes to 60 minutes (even longer is good if time allows) before you cook.  Our rubs are also great for baking chicken, pork and fish.

Our seafood seasonings and rubs are handcrafted to bring out the best in your favorite seafood dishes. Spread a little olive oil or butter over the fish and then apply the seasonings as desired. Mixing Our Own Classic Rub & Seafood Rub is a great combo.

If your enjoying cooked or raw oysters, our cocktails sauces can really enhance your culinary experience. Either drizzle of the top or use it as a dip. 

Our horseradish sauces can also be a good accompaniment to enjoying fresh oysters.

Adding Horseradish Sauce to your Burgers can take them to a new level.  Either add a little to the burger paddy preparation or as a spread on as a condiment.  Also mixing our horseradish with ketchup makes a nice dip for your fries.

Our Shellfish Seasoning is great for cooking fresh crab. Simply sprinkle in your desired amount into your cooking pot and bring the water to a boil.  This is also great for cooking clams, mussels, shrimp and prawns.  We also like it on roasted veggies & potatoes.
