SAUCES


The code is always “TTSOO” followed by a three digit Julian date 6 months in the future from the actual date that the product was produced. The last number that is the last digit of the year the product was produced.

Example: TTSOO1804 Date Code is for an item produced Jan. 1, 2004.

TTSOO = Puget Sound Foods Identifier
180 = Julian Date (June 28, 2004)
4 = 2004

Note: Simply add the number of days up in the year listed (Julian Date) on the date code and that will tell when the product is 6 months old.
